Check-in was swift, but that's where the positives ended. The room was dirty, with stains on sheets and a grimy floor. The bathroom had mold and other unclean elements. Customer service was decent, but cleanliness is key. Without that, it's hard to recommend staying here.

The motel was excellent for my family, especially with the kids. We enjoyed the cozy room equipped with cable programming for entertainment. It's also conveniently located near fun spots in Saraland.

My kids wished there were more children's activities available.

Think that this absolutely great hotel is beyond compare, appreciated it. Extremely friendly staff, reasonable prices, the location is particularly good and comfortable adjacent to Saraland, a Walmart and ruby Tuesday and other restaurants. I have stayed in a deluxe king room with TV, a microwave oven and a refrigerator. The bed is nice, really...

The room I stayed in offered a comfortable bed, made for a decent night's rest. The floor felt grimy, turning my socks black just from walking around. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. There were mold issues in the bathtub with missing caulk. I found some dirty spots on the walls, and the front door could have used a good clean as well. The fridge contained leftover items from previous guests, a bit off-putting. Check-in was quick, but once in the room, I immediately noticed cleanliness wasn't a priority here. Despite these issues, the staff were helpful and did their best to assist.

They offer recently renovated rooms. The beds are great and the staff is very friendly and excellent:)))

I stayed one night at Motel 6-Saraland, Al, and the staff was attentive and accommodating. The bed in my Beautiful King Room, Non-Smoking was comfortable. The presence of a fridge and microwave in the room, allowing me to prepare a quick meal.

The cleanliness could have been improved with more thorough housekeeping.

Barbara was lovely and provided great assistance . The area offered a peaceful atmosphere, appreciated after a long day. The room's bed was comfortable, allowing me to rest well. The motel was conveniently located.

The room was just wrong. I stepped onto the floor and it felt super grimy. The bathtub had mold, and the caulk was missing. The toilet? Yeah, I found someone else's pee on it! The only slight saving grace was the bed being comfy. Definitely not coming back. I was shocked by the state of this place.
